I was on a boat in the Gulf of Thailand on a 2 day fishing trip.

I watched the first half or so at some diner in Atlanta after the SECCG. Then saw the second half in the hotel. And I remember Scott Van Pelt on sportscenter sounding dumbfounded by the whole situation. I remember them interviewing all the coaches via phone.

Hotel bar in ATL watching is total disbelief as our Championship hopes were revived. I also remember that after the loss Mark Richt got on ESPN and started pleaing his case for why the Bulldogs deserved a shot. Miles followed suit as well as some PAC-10 coach.

They interviewed everyone and their momma!
We found out around 11:30 am the Sunday we were in the BCSNCG when some band members texted us saying Skip Bertman had called the director and informed them they'd have to play in the BSCNCG not the Sugar Bowl

I was in Aliso Viejo sitting on the sofa drinking beer. I was all like "Oh shite! Oh shite! The Tigers might actually have a way in again".
I remember after, Mark May was saying that LSU had the most legitimate claim to spot in the BCSCG against tOSU. He knew people were going to argue for VT, but said there's no way the ACC champ should go ahead of the SEC champ who stomped them that same season.

Yelling like hell at my house because I'd just bought DIBZ at TicketReserve.com earlier that day for $5 each ... and I was pissed because I'd only bought 2 and the price went WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY up!
