Working the day shift that weekend at the chemical plant with 9 other guys. Everyone got deathly quite when Morris made contact. No one took a breath. Then the control room erupted into all kinds of hell when that ball cleared the fence/wall.

I was on a pay phone on Cours Mirabou in Aix-en-Provence, France when the shot was hit. Called some buddies who were having a party watching the game...and I heard total fricking chaos on the phone....Screaming for like 5 minutes. Then somebody told me what had happened....and I relayed it to my friends and we went crazy. That was a great night (in France...)

Shooting hoops at Epps High School! Left the house from watching and was listening on the radio. I gave up too soon!
Epps used to have some juggernauts back in the day. Shooting hoops in a hot gym in June is part of the reason why.

My wife and I had just bought a house in Old Goodwood.
Had worked my butt off the previous day fixing stuff - 1940’s house.
Watched the whole thing from the 1st inning by myself, and when Morris hit the home run, I had to have freaked out the neighbors jumping and screaming.
One of the best LSU moments I’ve seen on TV.

I was with some friends in Key West, Florida in a bar watching the game. We were surrounded by Miami fans. When he hit that homerun we jumped up screaming. I don't see how we didn't get our asses kicked that day. One of my friends was talking @hit to alot of Miami fans after that.

At friends house watching game. We were eating chips and dip, convinced ourselves that the chips were helping LSU rally. Haha

Don't remember much except everyone was at my grandparents house and all I wanted to do was go swimming. Then they all went crazy and I got to go swimming. I was 8.

Riding back from DiNardo's football camp (were in Alex Box earlier in the day) listening on the radio in buddy's older truck. The ding of the bat & we went nuts...awesome memory. Didn't see it until a few days later.

At my inlaws and when I jumped up my head went into the ceiling fan and broke the fan light. One hell of a rush when he hit the unexpected homerun. An amazing moment in LSU history.

In a dive bar with 40 of my closest friends (or drinking buddies). We were all glued to the big screen TV and once we knew the ball was at least not going to be caught on the fly (able to at least tie up the game), we were jumping up and down like school children. When it went over the fence, it was like a mosh pit. Awesome day.
