I often wonder about the mental stability of some posters on here when it comes to baseball. Way too emotional and knee jerk to the slightest "hitting problem" in a game that makes one a HOF candidate by failing 2 out of 3 times.

First, I don't think anyone was seriously saying we should fire PM. I think people were saying we should fire Javi Sanchez.
Second, you realize you are just as bad as the people you are making fun of? LSU goes on a month and a half slump and people start saying we should fire the hitting coach, and then here you are after 1 series insinuating that everything is fine.
You make fun of an overreaction one way by overreacting the other way based on an even smaller sample size.

How can a LSU fan not like a coach who in 7 yrs has won 70% of his games, 4 SEC tourney titles, 4 west titles, 2 SEC titles, made 3 CWS visits, and has a NC???
How many of the 300 or some college baseball teams have bettered the overall LSU record of success in the past 7 yrs?
I can understand disagreeing with Mainieri bout this or that, but to the point of not liking? That doesn't compute.
