You clearly have a distorted view of what an employer and a customer are.
Really? If you don't have customers at the department store, how will the department store make money? Make the customers happy and they'll pay for top quality merchandise. Customers paying for top quality merchandise only to get second rate material will see the store is ripping them off and will stop shopping at the store.

For the sunshine pumpers, when LSU wins, It is evidence of Miles being a great coach. When LSU loses, it is somehow not Miles' fault. When you are the head coach you take the good with the bad. You get the credit and the criticism. And a loss like this shows a lack of preparedness which falls squarely on the shoulders of the head coach. Miles gets paid 4 million bucks a year to have his team prepared and not shite the bed against a less talented and numerically inferior team like Ole Miss. This season is shaping up to have the most losses since the season of the ill-fated dual defensive coordinator in 2008.

It was probably his record against Bama that got him fired, your signs didn't do anything.
I think sagging attendance may have contributed.

Well yeah, but that guy said he was at the game holding his sign.

For this sunshine pumper, I am clearly able to put this loss on Les. After all, he said so himself. Bad game plan, bad execution and no adjustments to fix either. That's on him.
But you also have to take the good, which negatigers don't do. They piss and moan when LSU is winning. LSU dominated Florida last week, and all we on this board were talking about is how bad different aspects of Tiger Stadium is. Just when will the negatigers admit that Les Miles has more 10 win seasons that all other LSU coaches COMBINED and has as many national title game appearances as all other LSU coaches COMBINED?
Les' failures are much more public than other coaches, but that doesn't mean he isn't damn strong at what he does.
As to the first question, the problem is that the only accountability that some negatigers will accept is immediate firing for singular failure. Nobody can work under those conditions. Eventually, that attitude poisons the whole organization. In college football, that means people stop showing up for games--oh wait, that was last week's complaint.
Have a GREAT DAY!

Yea baby. That's what liberals say about conservatives "you have no right to complain we're moving toward socialism". SILENCE ALL TIGER FANS who want excellence!!

I dont understand the Miles hate. Those 2 interceptions in the end zone killed us. On the second one I believe Mett had at least 2 wide open underneaths. He's just not checking down off OBJ and Juice. You cant fault Miles for this. The game plan was solid, and if you remove the interceptions its a winnable game.
