STTDB originated in a Livingston parish trailer park.

My friend and I had this debate today. He said it started under Saban. I first remember it in 2009 or 2010.

Yeah it’s trashy but at the end of the day it’s just a couple of bad words.

It started with the students saying "talking out the side of your neck, bitch"

Yeah. Band played neck for a good while starting 06 I believe. Don’t remember anybody saying any words until at least ‘07. And it wasn’t STTDB then.

It was around the time that the incredibly dumb "and beat the shite out of them" was added after "kick their arse" on the first down chant. I guess the rent-a-friends got bored that year, it started in their sections of the student section.

What needs to be taken out of schools is the government.

I'm sure some idiot will claim that he was screaming it at the top of his lungs back in the 70's, but it started having some measure of momentum in 2010.

I'm not sure how it got started but the original chant with neck is "Talkin out the side of your neck." That got changed to "Talking out the side of your neck, bitch!" as you can hear clearly in this video from 2010.

From the videos I found it seems like it was 2011 when STTDB really took off, although it was a thing before thing.
