The one where we never punted. We did not punt.

I was at that 2000 game. Back & forth battle. Wild night

here is one that has always bemused me:
1967: LSU 55 Miss State 0
LSU scored more points in that one game than State scored all year (49).

If you lived though the John Bond run then ‘86 at memorial stadium in Jackson is the correct answer. I was at the ‘82 and ‘84 debacles at Starkpatch. Hell we even went on a basketball road trip to see Lsu’s eventual SEC championship basketball team play at MSU ‘84-85 season, invaded their student section and endured a double digit beat down.
Nov. 15, 1986 — LSU 47, Mississippi State 0
In stadium celebrating involved some animal house style gatoring, I’m not proud just saying there was some serious celebration going on. We’ve come a long way from those days.
We didn’t suck at the time. ‘82 Orange Bowl, ‘84 Sugar Bowl but we couldn’t beat State. Putting the dogs in their place was awesome.

2007 on a Thursday night. Tigers came out swinging day 1 and physically abused that team on all sides of the ball. Lafells block on special teams, steltz ints, full on massacre.

Was at that one myself. Lol

I very much enjoyed beating that arse up and down the field in the 2007 opener

2009 was wild. The rain. The sloppy field. The punt return. Goal line stand. It was very entertaining.
2007 was a pure beatdown.

I don’t have a favorite game but the goal line stand and m the heroics by chad Jones was the most memorable series for me in 09.

2011 was fun! It was my first time going to Starkville for a game. Our defense was so nasty. Even though their defense was good I was just never concerned that we weren’t going to win. Now that we’ve seen a good offense it’s hard to compare, but that defense was so good that year.
Did I mention how good the defense was?

I remember just how dominant he was. I was so excited for his continued career and then he got all weird on us.

1996 Monsoon game was an experience to say the least.
For those in attendance, it was a test of, “How much do you love LSU football?”

2001 was a 42-0 beat down with Ro to Reed on full display.
2004 was the biggest annihilation of an SEC I could remember to that point. 51-0 600 yards to 130.
31 first downs to 7
Just absolute destruction after the early bullshite Auburn loss. Flynn to Xavier Carter GOAT
Loved the Thursday night season opener in 2007. Great start to the year. Steltz just got another pick

Steltz 4 INTs on a Thursday sticks out
I was there. Front row behind the team. I had some dudes cowbell in my hand by the 3rd Q and gave it to Herman Johnson after the game over the fence. He was ringing it as the team left the field.

I was an LSU student.
Ensured winning the game and the SEC title for LSU with a 100 yd INT return for a TD by Greg Jackson.
