Well that’s a lie. They had one TFL by a DB and that was on a sack on a 4th down. Come again? 5 TFLs one by a DB on the .5 sack and the rest by LBs and DL.

Theoretically, you want the safeties to keep everything in front of them and prevent the deep passing game.
The linebackers tackle any runners who make it to the second level and prevent the intermediate passing game.
Last night, FSU's linebackers were rolling up to the LOS and functioning as extra defensive linemen while the safeties were taking the linebackers places.
LSU's lack of a deep passing threat is completely neutralizing their running game as multiple teams have taken this approach, going back to last season.

Answer the question genius!!!! Williams got loose on a draw where FSU was in prevent on a 3rd down. We got 9 yards from all Rbs outside of that run. So again where did we rip of those runs?

Dude I think FSU had one safety deep in the second half and the only throw JD5 threw was so bad it gave him the time to get over there and disrupt the play.

The truth is FSU either played single high or stacked the box 84% of the time in the first half. This guys statement that they played 2 high all night is 100% false.

Nothing except Florida State defense. They won’t see a more physical defense the rest of the season so running game will be fine going forward.

Well that’s a deflection from your false statement but we had a 40 yard run vs single high man on a QB draw and another 15 yarder on the same play vs the same defense In the first half alone so again what you’re saying is wrong. Even the run by Williams was vs single high coverage not prevent.

A box is a fricking box. We were in 11 personnel the whole night. The RB has to make his man miss if it’s blocked correctly but unfortunately we couldn’t block anyone. That’s simple hat on hat football. Defense is always gonna have the numbers advantage.
