Asking questions and trying to find out about a loophole nobody saw?
Or
Adding an unnecessary guaranteed loss to half of your members ?

Suing your own members and lying in the complaint for nothing.

Talk about creating distrust.

The League Office, in and of itself, would have never done this without the backing of certain President's and big money Players. The whole League is rife with power hungry Bastards, from top to bottom. Eyes conveniently looked away when foreign basketball players, with signed professional contracts, were playing against the rules. LSU is the redheaded stepchild of the SEC to be shite on at any opportunity.

Poor leadership and inconsistent enforcement of rules.

We are finding out what happens when a bunch of academics try to run a multi-billion dollar business. Most of them could not run a lemonade stand.

Letting Greg Sankey run it is probably the most detrimental

Sankey said he wanted the SEC to break away from NCAA

He has some delusional view of himself as a sports league commissioner

It’s a problem

Better question... What organization does it sound like to you has more of a lack of institutional control?

- Org A - One that hasn't broken a rule but has made "snarky comments"
- Org B - One that currently, as I type this message, is being sued by 44 different members?
