* Hiring Matt House.
* Hiring Robert Steeples.
* Hiring Kerry Cooks.
* Not retaining Greg McMcMahon
* Not retaining Blake Baker. (Then having to go back and correct the mistake)
* Not retaining Oneofus Raymond. (Then having to go back and correct the mistake)
* Retaining Brad "Sylvester" Davis. (Biggest mistake of them all)
* Promoting Joe Sloan to OC.
* Hanging on to "Used Car Salesmen" Frank Wilson and Cortez Hankton for too long.

Just not well coached.
So many teams are doing more with way less.
I don’t want to hear that our oline is worse than Vandy or Indiana. If it is, it’s a coaching thing.
