What Woodward needs to do early to improve LSU sports

1. Hire a woman's basketball coach
2. Get closure on the Wade issue
3. Bring back the collegiate atmosphere to games
4. Bring the cost of going to a game down
5. Parking for Tiger Stadium
6. Develop a good working relationship with Orgeron
7. Get out among the fans, be accessible

The compliance department! I don’t understand why we always have players getting suspended for a little weed and other schools are less harsh. Im pretty sure that’s the first thing Saban done when he came here.. they drug screened the entire basketball team after they beat Tennessee.. just saying

Aramark and BlockParty Tailgate need to be shown the door immediately. Shitty food and providing prime tailgate spots to opposing fans is the opposite of making gameday LSU fan friendly.

No. I'm sure Woodward was hired, in part, because the school had zero confidence in Alleva's ability to figure out and deal with the Wade situation. Woodward's hire may not be good for Wade, and it certainly isn't a pro-Wade victory.
I could easily see Woodward eventually removing Wade.

Not much. Just the fact that they pretty much killed the entire inner part of campus between Highland and Nicholson by making anything that resembles a parking lot a parking pass lot. That section of campus on S. Stadium has been on a steady decline every season. We had UGA and Bama on campus last year and campus was just ok for both. More and more people are not tailgating because of the hassle it's become. That needs to change.
