What will it take for wade to stay if nothing comes of this situation?

Obviously he isn’t under investigation so this shouldn’t even be happening, but our school has botched this so bad it seems like nothing will be resolved until Dawkins trial.
Say he’s suspended till the trial happens, everything is brought to light. Everything comes out and the dialogue from the call was taken out of context. He is reinstated by the school. What would it take for him to stay with the way the school has handled this and treated him? How many people would have to be fired (JA, King, +)? What other compensation would have to be handed out to him (all the facility upgrades he’s been asking for? Money reimbursement for the bonus pay he would have received while he was suspended?) Could there ever be a reconciliation?
I can’t imagine anything they would do or offer would be enough after this whole sh*t storm, but gahhh I want him to stay so bad.

Giant raise and school admin cannot tell him what to do (I.e. cannot be suspended), also unlimited school resources for any renovations to pmac or any other facilities he wishes to have. Basically, the boss of himself

I’d give him whatever he wanted considering no good couch will want to come until the entire BoS, compliance, admin, and AD are all gone, which will take YEARS.
