They were given the death penalty. The NCAA will almost certainly NEVER give a major conference program the death penalty. If you want a somewhat more comparable example I'd use the PSU football program who after receiving their punishment maintained a good coaching staff and has remained competitive.

They need a new legal analyst if he's THAT unfamiliar with this case that he doesn't understand the the schools including the coaches are viewed as victims here

Then you must also be aware that the corner of Bertman and River rd is paid RV parking for football season, That's a lot of annual money for them to lose and it would mean the new arena would have to make up it's own cost plus the cost of events, PLUS the lost revenue from that parking lot
