re: What we're finding out this week is just how rotten LSU's football program is right now.

All the MA's, MAMM's, Shrimpy Sycophants and Luzianner Lifers are resisting the BK Mediocrity Demolition with all their being and soul.

Raymond gone. (Competent recruiter but grossly over rated as a coach)
Faulk gone. (Can't coach or develop RB's)
Joseph gone. (Competent recruiter, but can't competently coach at this level. Better late than never. Nebraska hard up and grasping at straws in Frost's last season) )
Moffitt. (Better sell or trade it in at 200,000 miles or you're asking for trouble)

Totally agree, roaches and rat droppings everywhere, moldy sinks, mildew on the ceilings, this is mostly the fault of an inept fake coach that was in no way qualified for that position, and he made off with $17m of LSU's money. Kelly is the one that has to fix all of it.
. Agreed.

Rotten, ruined and neglectful…now the Toad can go hide with the bayou mocassins, they are predator and prey!

Poontangsky falling like a sack-of-taters was a metaphor representing Toady-O!!

Only thing here that I disagree with. I think this is rock bottom because of the poor on field coaching. Just the improved coaching will yield a few more wins.

Orgeron let it rot. It's got to be gutted out again.

This attitude by many posters here is laughable. That somehow there is no talent, no facilities, no expectations for the new coach, yet high expectations for the outgoing coach (and do believe it was time to part ways with O). BK isn't getting paid 3-5, 6-6 money. If he's the answer, we should expect to see immediate results.

The shitting on players because people believe they're quitters is disgusting as well. Brian Kelly didn't get every kid he offered at Cincinnati or Notre Dame. Why? Who knows, some kids just don't want to play for a certain coach. Maybe it's something with BK that doesn't resonate with the player, maybe it was their relationship with an outgoing coach that has them looking elsewhere.

We can't say that LSU is bigger than any one player or coach then feel jaded and mock a player when they make a decision to leave. Especially if they're quiet and business like as opposed to where they generate negativity towards the program.

I hope BK is successful and brings in a great staff and we're back at competing for SECW titles very soon.

I look forward to the future with the incoming staff and the players that want to be here.

Well said. I love Coach O but he was not a leader. Will be forever grateful for 2019 but definitely time for a change. Saban to Miles there was almost nothing to fix, just recruit, no wholesale coach changes. Miles to O same. But stupid actions like hiring Pelini wo an interview and other experiments is what caused his downfall plus he went nuts after his divorce and acted like a horny 20 year old. Got lightning in a bottle in 2019 and that's good enough for me, time for a change.

Pain is just weakness leaving the body.

Sometimes you gotta break it down before you can build it up. Good news is the cabinet is not bare and Kelly has players he can build with. The departures are good. It means real change is coming. Remember, futility is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. Everything, every person, rises to their level of incompetence. To break through you need to change how you do things. Kelly is working to push the ceiling higher for this program. If you don't feel comfortable, that's a good thing.

I'm not O loving, but now way. There is a lot more that goes on behind the scenes that he had to manage than you'll ever know.
