This was my first time ever attending an LSU basketball game. I lucked out and was a ball boy for the game so I was underneath the goal when we hit the last second airball for a layup. It forever made me an LSU Tiger. I might need to rewatch it to see if I got any tv time. Lol.

Ummm , except he got tackled after 60-70 yards and we ended up coming away with no points?

Without a doubt, 2019 National Championship Game. I got free tickets to the games between UGA and Oklahoma. Had to pay for the NC, only $1,000. Before the Championship, we somehow got into a private party across the street from the Dome. Food and Drinks! Partied all night!

1981 LSU / Tulane. I gave my dad, big Tulane fan, 40 points. We lost 48-7 so I lost by 81 points. Every time Tulane scored, I had to do high fives with my ultra conservative father. I sure miss that guy!

He took it to about the 5 and on the next play lost the ball on a fumble, IIRC

2003 Natty vs Oklahoma. Got tickets as a late Christmas gift and got to experience the game with my Dad (who is no longer with us)

We let Skyler Green and his folks the night before and when SG5 trotted into the endzone to receive the 2nd half kickoff he saw my Dad (who looked like Santa) and pointed at us. Super special memory.

2006 Sugar Bowl vs Notre Dame. Simply because ND fans talked so much shite beforehand and watching them silently leave the Dome was sweet.

2007 Natty vs Ohio State. Hearing the O-H-I-O chant die somewhere around halftime was beautiful. Only to give rise to the SEC chant the rest of the way.

2003 National Championship for sure for me. Tears were just streaming I was so excited after growing up going to games and powering through all the years of waiting for glory. I went to the 3 of the 4 in person and the 1st one was the best IMO.

PS my honeymoon with my 2nd husband was going to the game. We had so much fun the whole time. Stayed in the Presidential suite at the Westin with all my brothers and my new husband for several nights before the game too. Not the most romantic honeymoon but, it was a blast.

Well,I'm late to this one. The obvious have been stated and I'm sure this is intended for football.

But the 1981 Midwest Regional Final win over Wichita State was special (nothing says Midwest like New Orleans )

Final score was,96-85 but it seemed like a larger win but regardless it sent LSU to the Final Four. Very, very fortunate to have seen three LSU Regional Final wins in person.

The Illinois game catapulted LSU into the next stage. That was a game where you were worried going in, you were facing one of the best teams in the Small 10 and you set records against them. After the 1st qtr. there was never a doubt, Rohan was amazing.

2002 Sugar Bowl (The 2001 season). It was wild. From years of mediocrity to being the SEC Champs and going to the Sugar Bowl - the first time since ‘87. Plus it snowed!

The National Championships were awesome, but we were routinely wining games at that point.

2003 BCS Championship - it was like the entire world being lifted off our shoulders after the pit of despair that was the 1990s.
