Even though we didn’t win the title, 2017 should get some credit for beating those Oregon St fricks. Best team of all time my arse.

That's funny I didn't think they were better than 23, 13, or 09. Hard to compare teams from different seasons though

23 and 25 were both so enjoyable for numerous reasons, but '23 is my all time favorite
When beating Tennessee twice and having a large pitcher on your team get nick-named Kung Foo Panda by their fanbase isn't even in the top 3 best moments of that tournament, you know that it was special.

23
09
25
‘23 was the first run I saw as an adult and really got me back into baseball.
‘09 was my first and only run I saw as a child, I remember watching as many games as I could with my dad that year.
25 was cool, but 09 & 23 were special to me

Yeah, mine are the same as yours and for a lot of the same reasons:
1) ‘91
2) ‘96
3) ‘23
Hard for me to leave out ‘93, because we watched that Laxton game on an American Legion bus with a tiny tv, all of us huddled around it. But that’s just a personal experience. I think the top 3 I listed were not only great personal experiences, but were the biggest for the entire LSU baseball program.

00 - because of my age, first time I saw one of "my teams" win a championship. You can never replicate that feeling. Also, something cool about the 1 game championship, daytime, CBS, Rosenblatt, etc. The current format is more fair, but the old way made it feel bigger.
Tie between 09 and 23 because it ended a bit of a drought, at least by LSU standards.

1996 because of obvious reasons
2009 since it had been so long since we won one
2025 because I was there for the entire series
2023, I think, is my absolute favorite, though. Not only was every single game thrilling except for Game 2 of the finals when Florida ripped us a new a-hole, but because I had bought tickets to the next game the next day by the 7th inning. My son and I got in the car at about 6:00pm that evening and drove to Conway, AR to sleep, then we got up early the next morning to drive the rest of the way. The game started at 5:00pm I think and we arrived at 3:30pm. I dozed off in the Hampton Inn across from the stadium for 20 minutes then we walked to the stadium and proceeded to have the time of our lives.
I drove back the entire way without stopping the next day and I was literally in pain by the time I got home at 1:00am the following morning.
When we woke up that morning, we got dressed and drove to LSU to get some championship gear since it was so expensive at the stadium in Omaha. Tooks pics of ourselves at Alex Box, ate Canes on campus, then came back home with our new swag.
It was a core memory that I'll never forget for the rest of my life. Just me and my son. Father/son time at its finest. It almost brings a tear to my eyes when I think about how much fun that was to just spontaneously decide to go on a hope and a prayer that we'd actually win the game.
Worth every penny.

Anything other than '96 at the #1 spot is dumb.

I was pretty young for most of the 90s so i’d lump the rest into my childhood blur
23 and 25 will always be super special to me because my sons were little so i’d rock them to sleep at night while watching the games in my phone.
09 I was a freshmen in college
96 stood out because of the Morris Wall off
2000 was probably when I statt to actually remember other moments in the season

25 was not the best we ever had. I would say 23 was better. But 97 is the best, IMO

91 - First one especially after coming close several years prior and having our hearts broken.
96 - Obvious
23 - Tank's HR, Skeens, Crews, and tearing UF a new one the day after they set "CWS Records" that we immediately broke.
