Pending, I believe they received their NOA in early 2021 so that won't be settled for a long arse time. Kansas received their NOA in 2019 and still nothing. Auburn received theirs in mid 2020 and still nothing.

they have text messages that actually say “cash”. I mean why go after LSU this strong when you have evidence at KU of legal tender being exchanged?

Not sure if the word cash was used, but there is testimony under oath interpreting those text messages.

There is no such testimony related to Wade's comments.

They fired Miller and are currently projected a #1 seed in the tourney.

I believe he was 17-9 when they fired him, partially for failures w compliance.

They have 5 level 1’s and 9 overall. Still pending

Maybe we could learn something.
