FACT CHECK: Mulkey was not at all mad at Pointer on the last play. That was a good way to end the game. I liked it! Mulkey was probably pissed at LSU's poor execution the last 5 minutes and particularly leaving Tenn. player open for potential game-tying 3-pt shot. Pointer's steal was money.....

Watch the fricking play!! It was because they blew the defensive assignment on the inbounds play!! Watch the replay! Tennessee had a girl wide open! It had nothing to do with Pointer throwing the ball in the air. You do realize that the clock still runs when the ball is in the air. She threw the ball up with 1 second left. Stop posting stuff that you have no idea about!!!

The game was over! She was not holding her back from getting a technical foul. She was upset because of the blown assignment on defense on the inbounds play!! If you think Pointer is acting like a jackass for throwing the ball up in the air with 1 second on the clock, then you just don’t understand competitive sports. You do realize that the clock still runs when the ball is in the air, and do you even understand the emotions of winning? Stop posting if you don’t know what you are talking about!!!!

Seemed like after the game ended the fat sister was yelling I TOLD YOU SO or something to the effect that she was right and Kim was wrong as it was pretty heated or at least looked to be. Big girl better chill or maybe that’s Mulkey’s girl and they have that type of relationship. Anyway we won baws. Wow first year and did that well. Now let’s see what we can do in both tournaments as we could be #2 seeds in BOTH!!!!!!

Honestly, the girls have done that several times this year as well (blowing big leads and getting sloppy)...and have had as bad a time or even worse then the guys at the free throw line.

I’m pretty sure I recognize you from your comments on the LSU Women’s Basketball Facebook page. Pretty much the same stuff you’re posting here regarding the refs, Mulkey, etc. And it’s odd that you have so much to say about the subject when you’ve only been posting less than a month.

Mad because 2 went after one player and left one girl alone on the inbounds play, luckily the inbounder didn't see the open player and they stole the inbound pass.

Y'all this is much ado about nothing. The "fat sister" is the ASSOCIATE head coach (Sytia Messer). She's more than just an assistant. She and Kim go back a long way and they have that kind of relationship. The "argument" at the end of the game was no big deal and trust that Kim was not offended by it in the least. She probably wants Sytia to be honest with her like that. Let's move on and enjoy this success, as this coaching staff has done an OUTSTANDING job this season, regardless of what happens moving forward.

One thing that is true about LSU basketball teams, both mens and womens is that no one is out of the game if LSU is involved

I’ve noticed every thread seems to have the one contrarian a-hole who is clueless and tries to argue every point. Good of you to be that clueless a-hole for this thread. You’re very good at it; particularly the clueless part.

Also, I would like to see that poster refer to her as "fat sister" in her presence. I am sure it wouldn't go well.
