Makes a lot more sense than corndog. But I don't think any fanbase needs to resort to using nationalities to describe other fanbases.

It's probably because I use Photoshop a lot, but for me - It's a simple free-association in regards to color.

I love the "hispanics" reference. They're Mexicans, plain and simple. I deal with their sorry job stealing, fence jumping, river swimming, can't drive, stinkin' asses all day long. Trust me, they're Mexicans.....and I'm Mr. Gringo to them.

Mexi-Gumps, Butthorns etc. will mostlikely mean something different to each person.
Mexi-Gumps for me is more geographical/territorial because Texas was northern Mexico for many years until they won their independence in the 1830's. (i.e. Texas fans calling us "French Aggy")
I think Mexi-Gumps wins out.
