He was hired in the Summer of 14 meaning his first class signed that November and played their first season in 2016.

Canizzaro's first year here was 2015. The rookie class for that team were Javi's guys other than maybe Collin Strall.

That team went to Omaha. The 2017 team also went to Omaha. They went because they had Papierski, Deichmann, Freeman and Robertson all come back (along with Poche).

The Louisiana kids generally come here no matter who the recruiting coordinator is. You don't get credit for recruiting Josh Smith and Zack Watson if you're at LSU. Come on.

He was hired here in the summer of 2014. So the first class he was entirely responsible for signed their letter in intent in November 2015. Those kids didn’t play for LSU until the 2017 season.

Still have Rocker and Banfield undrafted. shite, they must have had 5 top 35 or so guys then. The SS and other Georgia pitcher were drafted.

If he signed his first class of juniors in fall of 2014 they would be the 2016 freshmen class

Corbin shoots a shotgun at the top prospects, he always ends up with a couple.

I went back and fixed that as soon as I saw the mistake.

I know they recruit them early these days, but that’s a little much

Baseball players aren't like football players. They commit as juniors or sophomores.

Once in a while you'll have an A.J. Labas that you can jump on late, but Canizzaro's recruiting didn't really start affecting LSU until this year. It would have been in effect to a large extent last year but for the fact all those kids came back.

If he falls out of the top 5 rounds he will have a decision to make. If he is picked before I don’t think there is much chance he stays. Same with Dups and Watson.

The MLB draft is up to 40 rounds or so. Getting taken anywhere in the top 10 rounds is a pretty big deal.

In my non-expert opinion, I think we get Duplantis and Slaughter back, but all the other draft eligible underclassman likely sign.

Russian said he thought three Vandy commits were drafted. I see Hankins and the SS, but who else?
