Blowout? Brennan going in and becoming a instant legend? Defense shutting them out? Etc.

I would like to see solid fundamentals in all three phases of the game. That's all we should ask for.

Very few penalties
Long sustained drives
A drive off the old line and solid pass protection
Defense playing their assignments and attacking the football

Don't care about score

Do the above and it will be a blowout

Any win is good, but preferably by 14+ points.

Given what we've seen the last two weeks, such a result isn't a sure thing

Nick Saban and Les Miles both almost lost to Troy. Maybe Ed Orgeron will end up actually losing to them. I sure hope not.

since LSU has 53 active 4/5 star players, and Troy has, wait for it, NONE-- I would hope we could at least avoid a safety?

If we win 70-0 with a perfect 50/50 split between pass and run, never have a single negative play, complete every single pass, 4 passing touchdowns, 3 running touchdowns, 2 defensive touchdowns and a punt return touchdown the rant still won't be happy.

Nothing really. I've seen this shite show before. Blow out the little teams and then look like hot garbage vs real competition.

If the offense is ran completely different, that may make me have a thought that maybe they are willing to change. If it's the same old garbage, it's not really worth watching any upcoming games live.

we will need a route to make me feel ok. honestly, I have been following LSU football for decades and it has been a long time since I have felt this bad about the whole program.

Winning in a more comfortable fashion than the Syracuse game would be nice...

Beating them by 40-50+ would show signs of improvement. Anything less than a 14 point win is a sign that the State game was a sign of things to come in the SEC season.
