Besides the one between his legs? I kid. But seriously, we knew going in he would need elite personnel/recruiting and position coaching to win. The second the 2019 season was over the culture went completely toxic. Huge portion of the talent left, coaches left, talented players we did have left sat out or were out of shape, and coach O was not able to fill those holes nor rely on his own coaching prowess.

Too much thinking with his little head and not enough with his big head.

He got the big head and lost his focus

He doesn't know the game; he is a defensive line coach and that is it. He should have never been hired at LSU. He also has numerous character flaws.

Couldn't keep his pants zipped up

He would not stop celebrating.

The serious root is that he’s not a great organizational leader. Which is ironic since they hired him as a CEO type coach.
From the way he structured his organization to the people he brought in who didn’t fit from a culture or from an ability standpoint, to his lack of a real strategy to sustain winning, to worst of all his void of genuine male leadership or moral grounding. The whole thing was going to come down at some point

He was hired under a faulty premise. The powers that be decided they could hide his football management and personality flaws with coordinator hires. That simply can’t be done enough to develop a consistent power program.

The mass exodus of NFL players & coaches after 2019 was too much for a person that lacks attention to detail & organizational skills.
No coach was going to win in that scenario… not every program has a Tiger Rant to demand the coach is out after one subpar season. Then add COVID to that

He was too busy trying to find the next hot blonde to bang. He was also spending a lot of time shopping for his next shrimp boat.
