Small Ball is when you get a runner on base and you attempt to move him to 2nd or 3rd using bunts or stealing bases. You do not rely on Homeruns, Triples, etc. You rely on stealing bases, bunting, getting singles, etc. Boring as hell!!!

Putting on armor so you can hang over the plate and get hit. Then once you've been hit and reached base, the next batter immediately bunting you over.

I'm being quite serious and not trolling.
In my opinion there are three types of offensive baseball.
1. Geauxrilla ball- everyone knows almost every hitter in your lineup is a true threat to jack one in any at bat
I do not believe LSU is trying anything close to this.
2. Straight Baseball-stringing hits together, hit and runs, stealing bases, even bunting when the situation is right. This is what we are playing now. We don't steal many bases tho.
A balanced offense.
3. Small ball-unless your team is down by a large margin, every leadoff runner gets sacraficed over into scorring position no matter what inning it is or who is at bat

While its different than what LSU fans are used to, I don't see how its boring. I hung on every pitch last night
