I’ve watched this team about 10 times this year and it’s hard for me to determine what exactly is our philosophy as a team. What style of team are we trying to be. It sure as shite isn’t a defensive team.

We aren’t a team, we are a collection of individuals.

AAU basketball

Defense doesn't really matter, one on one drives and if the defense keeps you from getting to the goal, jack up a contested 3.

Offense- selfish ball hogs with a “my turn” persona.

Defense- What’s defense?

We'd get the woodshed by a fundamentally sound mid-major team with not even half the athleticism as us. All responses in this thread thus far are accurate.

Street ball on offense.
Defense is either leave guys wide open on the perimeter or watch your man drive right by you to the hoop.

There is absolutely ZERO movement on offense. I’ve never seen a worse offense. My 11 year olds team has better ball movement. The defense is just as bad . Every time someone on the other team dribble penetrates all 5 of our guys collapse the lane leaving multiple wide open shots for the opposition. That’s 100% on the coaching!
