The margin for error is razor thin with this team. We need to wrap up our series wins in 2 games.

That goes for almost every SEC team. Sunday is always a crapshoot.

I think we almost lost to missouri too game 3 if I remember right? That would've been embarrassing.

At least we didn't end up like the Aggies giving them their first SEC win, their first series win, and sweep.

You would think the team in 2nd place of a 16 team league would have the advantage on Sundays. But we apparently can't outhit anyone on day 3.

They’re 4-5 on SEC Sundays.

What if I told you the 2nd place team was playing the other 2nd place team in the league today?

So in SEC play, our record in game 1 and 2 is 13-5.
But we are only 4-5 in game 3.

Based on your posts, I was expecting much worse. This isn’t terrible honestly.

You're so whiny.

We're 7-2 in game 1

We're 6-3 in Game 2

We're 4-5 in game 3

So we're best with our Friday night starter, second best with our Saturday starter, and best with our Sunday starter. Shocking.

I was asking the question. All I could recall off the top of my head was

Arky L
A&M L
Tennessee W
Alabama L
Auburn L

Because we should have a batting lineup that can hit a team's #3 starter and worn out bullpen.

The only three weekends in SEC play we have scored more than 4 runs on a Sunday are Miss St, Mizzou, and Tennessee. Six of the nine game 3's we have scored 4 runs or less.

They threw the bottom guys in their pen last night and we hit them.

We have outhit our SEC opponent in game 3 four times, been outhit in game 3 four times and have had the same number of hits as the opponent in one game.

Overall in total hits in game 3 in the 9 SEC series, LSU has 87 hits and the opponents have 75 hits.

The comment was made to mean scoring runs, and you know that.
