I wouldn't say it is giving me "anxiety," but I'm just not convinced this offense has enough firepower. We have two game breakers -- Boutte and Emery -- and one of them has been and will continue to be criminally underused. Lots of other solid players, but not the kind of guys that keep d-coordinators up at night.
IMO the team will be better than in 2020 because of the defense, but it will be another year before the offense is ready. Looking forward to seeing how the freshmen WRs come along. Maybe Thomas, Hilton, and Smith will join Boutte and by 2022 provide the kind of high-octane passing attack we saw in 2019.

If oline is an A- B+ we can win the Natty if they are C level we lose 2-3 games.

He said SEC defenses particularly. None of those teams are in the SEC.

The QB position always causes me anxiety. If the starting QB can read defenses, check into the right plays according to what the defense is showing and be on the same page with the WRs I'll feel a lot less anxious about the position.

I'm also a bit nervous about our LBs, but LB is probably the least important position group on the field for a defense. We're absolutely loaded at DL and CB, and that should be more than enough to cover for average play at LB and S

That’s why I’m intrigued by the two top ten running backs who both can catch and run, unlike our backs from last year. Intrigued by what they can bring to the offense.

With me it’a the coverage breakdowns on defense that concern me. Way too many last year, LSU had a decade’s worth of blown worth last year.

Ika is wrecking shite at Baylor all spring. He was the best player on the field in their spring game they couldn’t block him. He had a crazy highlight safety where he just blew through the line and slung the RB
