Nuss is next in line to a senior whose style of play makes him susceptible to injury. Where else is he going to go to put himself in a better situation?

If Nuss transfers you have to hope that Rickie Collins is a dude his 2nd year or you're at risk of wasting some stud young players like Perkins, Campbell, Jones, Taylor etc.. That or you gotta hope a really good QB hits the portal and doesn't need long to learn the playbook and assimilate with the team.
People are butthurt but Jayden is out of eligibility this year. It's not unreasonable to look at the future and wonder what the plan is.

It is very likely that Howard is transferring bc he knows Nuss is NOT leaving. I’m sure Howard isn’t worried about 2023 as much he is leaving bc he knows Nuss will be the starter in 2024.

It’s sad sad sad stop worrying about pleasing players. LSU is a top tier NFL type nest egg program. We will get talent and it looks like CBK can recruit almost anywhere.

In Kelly's first year overhauling LSU completely, LSU passed for 3770 yards and 23 TDs. Any confident kid could come here and think that they could throw for 4000 with LSU's talent.
Redshirt freshmen, sophomores and maybe some juniors too.
