What have our most connected posters been hearing about the peetz version of our offense?

I know we have some guys on here that hear things from time to time, like vol and iota and a few others.
I also know that some posters listen to the Baton Rouge area sports talk radio and such.
I’m in the Shreveport bossier area .all we get that’s also broadcasted in Baton Rouge is the off the bench for a little while,as far as I know.
So what have y’all heard that peetz put in new ? just stuff that we didn’t see in the spring game. Has anyone heard of anything that will look different then the 2019 offense?I know that we will run our base offense and that we have have been since 2019 , but last years version wasn’t as creative and was missing a lot of the mismatches that joe Brady was so creative with.
I just want to know what he may do that Brady didn’t do or do as much of.
There isn’t much to bitch about with the 2019 version, but I’ve always thought the 2019 and especially the 2020 versions were very basic in the run game.
Basically I wrote this wall of paragraphs just to ask a single question.that is, does anyone else think we need to get more creative in the run game and has anyone heard if peetz is planning on doing that?
I know that I heard something about peetz wanting to run a lot of jet sweeps or just more plays to add to the non existent perimeter run game in general

Don’t even think about it dalsu. Just slowly back away from the thread and keep your hands where I can see them

Don’t let it trigger you that coach o calls it that. Give the guy a break, you’re always talking shite about the guy. Lol
I respect the fact that o decided 10 or 11 games in 2019 wouldn’t be good enough. So many coaches would have saw how our offense started to take off in the bowl game and a game or two before and would have said, “I ain’t changing shite” , we would have still won at least 11 games, but that’s not good enough.
Plus he’s been recruiting his arse off the last few years

And don’t play dumb, you were being snarky with that comment
It’ll be ok dude, we will be fine with o

We haven’t even reported for camp yet, so it’s a little early to be asking.
But basically 2019 plus more sets and motions that Bama ran last year, plus some jumbo goal line sets

Yes - he worked with Brady for a year so it will all be the same

except without Joe Brady or Joe Burrow

This. Cole Kublick was on AFR during media days and said the pre-snap motion from ‘19 was missing from the offense last year. Part of what made Bama’s offense so effective was moving Smith around every play. I expect to see more of that especially with Boutte.

Need a couple skill position guys outside Boutte to step up. We have a lot of numbers there but will any step up and be the guy? Worries about offensive line. Max is that dude though. I think the offense will look great at times and not so great at times. This year we win with defense more often.

I'm not saying it will be the same, but we also hired DJ Mangas who I'm sure knows that offense back to front.

I don't think anybody knows O included. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think the guy has ever been the OC before. Don't know if he has the ability to make the correct calls at key juncture in a game.
We will see.

A follow up question is, do you think Peetz will talk to Brady regularly during the season to get input and ideas? I think it's plausible.
I recall Brady saying during the 2019 season that he watched every NFL scoring play from the prior week during film study to get ideas for what would work. I also recall him saying that he kept in touch with former colleagues on a regular basis.

My sources say that:
Peetz stacked.
Opposing defenses gonna get the Johnson in their Bouttes.

How much OC experience did Joe Brady have?

We won't really know until they play.
When Brady was here, they kept saying it was the Sean Payton/Saints offense, because of his background and the sets etc.
Payton's offense looks entirely different depending on if it's Brees or Hill; will look different again if it's Jameis.

It’s the running game that’s lacking. Nothing but that inside zone
We finally ran some outside runs against bama with emery
