As I remember it, it was the Arky game he tore his hamstring in 15 and hasn't been the same since.
Evidently it was Ole Miss (same thing really, red teams from the north).

Where did you read for 4.66?
I might have added the .06, but he seems to have run at least a 4.6 listed everywhere.

I didn't know about the injuries, thanks.
Otherwise, it's just weird. Dural's 40 times are basically average to below for a WR, but every aspect of his game was basically a speed guy. And starting/playing as "speed guy" at LSU, where there are good prospects, you'd just assume he was a lot faster.
I wouldn't expect a productive deep threat at USC, Fla St, Alabama etc would be one of the slower guys in the draft pool, either.
Re his drop in production last season: I just assumed that Etling had a rhythm with Chark due to practicing with him, and Chark filled that role instead. Dural was more synch'd up with Jennings, but carried over with Harris as a legit threat.

Dural was a 4.4-4.5 guy before the injury. If he continues to recover, it's not unfathomable that he regains his speed.
Combine numbers are not binding. It's not like we know for sure that he won't heal any more and 4.6 is is ceiling.
And Mike Detellier compared him to Henderson before the Saints even signed him, suggesting he was someone they might target in the 7th to fill the Devery sort of role.
The guy that made the comparison earlier in the thread who was downvoted into oblivion just said when an actual NFL scout said on the radio, so I'm not sure he should be totally dismissed just yet.

Dural had better track speeds than Holmes in certain things than Holmes. he was a legit speed guy until his injury. dude was a for sure pro guy until his injury.

Yep. Still hurt. 200 meter state champ doesn't run 4.6

You took a post made with humor and turned it super serious. The whatever dude hinted at that.

Didn't Harris almost get him killed with a bad, high throw?
Posted on 5/1/17 at 2:56 pm to SoulGlo
Here is the offending play. When he landed, his knee touched his shoulder which caused his hamstring to stretch and then tear away from the bone. Gary Danielson commenting on Harris' throw:
Same game when Nick Brossette inured his knee.

Brandon Harris's shitty throw at Ole Miss ruined his career.

Oh nah he's a solid 4.5 guy. 4.4 before the Hammy

If he got hurt, what was it?
Tore his hamstring. I think it was a pretty bad injury. If I remember correctly, I think it was torn in half or actually ripped from where it attaches to the femur. Something along those lines.
Maybe someone else can clarify. I wish him the best.

He was signed by NEW ORLEANS SAINTS and Drew Brees will make him an All-Pro! Did anyone watch the LSU pro day hear what they said? He is a 200 meter which means he takes a while to get going and his 40 time is not going to be that great. All that matter is that he plays for the NEW ORLEANS SAINTS!!!
