What exactly is LSU waiting on rehiring Will Wade?

I’m not sure if anyone is paying attention, but Hugh Freeze is quite happily at auburn after using a state issued phone to solicit hookers at ole miss
Bruce pearl was banished from coaching for 4 years before Auburn brought him back to the SEC.
How much longer do we ignore his return would awaken the fan base and bring excitement we haven’t see since he was forced out
