There is 17 days to get whoever is next up ready on the OL. It's not like the young guys and the back-ups haven't been practicing all year. And you also scheme the pass plays to get rid of the ball quickly if need be.

He's not getting "paid to play"

Technically true, but everyone knows that's what it is in reality.

I think we have similar approaches, though I am admittedly a bit of a sunshine pumper.

No worries. Hell, I will go from sunshine pumper to FIRE THE STAFF AND BURN IT TO THE GROUND on the same set of downs.

Oh we all do that, I just don't let it linger into the next set.

What does Nuss do for the bowl

Some jumbo packages and chipping to the pressure side. More running plays. Less homerun throws. Quick passing.

It’s also a good opportunity to get Hurley some playing time. I think they should have some packages for him, get his feet wet. I think Colin is the future.

He plays how is this even a question. I would be done with him if he didn’t play

I’m not against giving the backup some reps though but Nuss will get most of the work

You may be right. I think this game may be more meaningful for Baylor. For LSU it seems like more an exhibition game.

I think it's important to go into this bowl game and dominate. Dominating a bowl game sets up good vibes. UCF although 10 pt game, we outgained them like 600 yards to 250. Of course Texas Tech Texas bowl we dominated and didn't do that well next season.

Absolutely! A good performance could help in the February signing period or players from teams in the playoffs. I think they will do well.

I hope Tigers wear something other than our traditional uniforms, so that when we lose we can blame it on the uniform and not the overall disfunction of the team, and the coaches.
