I understand it’s a charity game that IMO should be banned by the SEC but it’s happening so here we are. Not that it will leave us walking away feeling a ton better but here are A few things I want to see:

Defense pitch a shutout and hold them under 200 yards total.

Rush for 250 yards with Williams and Jackson bearing a bulk of the load.

Better run blocking from the tight ends and line in general.

5 or less penalties. No unsportsmanlike penalties.

Last but not least, I want to see Nussmier take some shots downfield. We all know he’s capable and have seen it before.

Young DBs (mainly at safety) get a lot of snaps.

Caden Durham should get a ton of carries. Ju"juan as well.

Discipline.

Execution. We're playing against air, but I want to see clean routes and throws. Good ball skills in the secondary. Gap discipline in the front seven. Better blocking out of the TE's in the run game.

I want to see the best players on the field on defense. That mean Whit Weeks, PJ Woodland, Dashawn Womack, Dashawn Spears, and Kylin Jackson.

I'd like to see us get Kaleb Jackson in space and then I'd like to see tons of touches for Caden Durham

Caden Durham

I don’t see why we wouldn’t break the glass and use this kid. You get 4 games. If he comes out and looks like he will be able to contribute down the stretch in SEC play I say roll with him.

Coaches sometimes seem to keep holding on to freshman to preserve the RS when it can hurt the team. There’s been plenty of true freshmen come in and play above their age.

100%!!!

In the past, we would not let the young guys get enough touches in games like this. By the second half, Durham and Ju'Juan should get the bulk of the caries to get them ready for the SEC if need be.

And LSU end every quarter with a number ending in 7

Finally got good pool numbers this week (7 & 0)

I want as much man coverage as possible. Get those guys some experience. We saw some flashes of good man one on one coverage.

Stop it with that zone bullshite where they line up 15 yards off the fricking ball

Seems almost pointless these days. If he's any good, he's leaving after three years anyway. Add in the portal and the redshirt seems anachronistic to me in general.

Drives me insane, and we've done it for a while now, across multiple staffs.

3rd and 4, but our guys covering the slot receivers are 11 yards off the ball. I don't understand it.

Durham came here to play. He was a highly touted recruit and will easily go to another SEC team and play if LSU doesn’t give him a chance.

OU A&M and Bama all wanted him.

Develop the young players and get game experience for QB's down to Hurley. Young WRs need a lot of run.

Consistency and less or no penalties. Work on the run game. We will need it against South Carolina next weekend. Would also like to see Nuss to run some also to keep the defense honest.

The defense better not give up 1 single point. The offense better not have one 3 and out! Win by 60 and make shat happen.

Maybe very late. But I don't think Nuss himself has enough experience to forfeit snaps to others just yet. He was very good last week, but he still has work to do on his pre-snap reads and seeing the whole field.

I agree 100%!

He is a stud and will for sure leave if we don't lay him. He could be our best RB by the end of the year, but we wont know unless we give him a chance to shine.

on a side note, he is damn good in NCAA 25 as a freshmen so even EA sports thinks he is going to be good.
