playoffs with neutral refs.

LOL. Like last year?

Ask UGA how that second half went, starting with the blocked punt, then the facemask in open field, then the BS PI calls, the numerous open field holds the OLINE got away with, and finally, the cherry on top...

Fourth and goal, game-tying TD is scored when the WR was blatantly offside. Ref ignores it, Bama scores, and the "magic" happens again.

Bama would have 0 good wins, Zero.

Who's Michigan's good win?

Ohio St won't be after their loss to Purdue.

Better root for UF to best UGA. I’d love another shot st them in ATL. UGA, not so much.

I see your point... but I believe a better scenario for LSU is for UGA to beat Florida and for Kentucky to beat UGA.

That puts UK in the SECCG - their team make-up is highly one dimensional, yet they beat UF in week 2 and will have a chance to beat UGA in 2 weeks.

LSU matches up very well with UK --- so, IF (and that's a huge IF) LSU can win out and go to Atlanta.... our best case scenario is to face UK, with them having beaten both UF and UGA.

I want to believe that, but twice in the past seven years Bama has won the National Championship without winning the SEC. Hell, they didn't even win the Western Division in those two seasons.

No different than the 2011 season. I'm not looking it up, but Alabama played a pretty weak schedule that year as well. Other than LSU and Arkansas, Bama played next to nobody that year. And Oklahoma States record was better as far as playing ranked teams and SOS.

In the end, it always seems that Bama gets the benefit of the doubt. It really gets old. Unless you're a Tide fan of course.

Bama is 100% getting in if their only loss of the year is LSU.

Not if LSU wins out.

Yes, even if LSU wins out. More so, BECAUSE LSU wins out. What's better than saying the only loss we had this year was by a field goal to the SEC Champion in Baton Rouge? When did you guys start following LSU football?
This is the Bama Blueprint.

Also, quit worrying about how far Bama falls in the rankings. It doesn't matter. The selection committee makes the decision, whether they're 3rd or 13th.

But they would have the best 1-loss.

Alabama would need help to get in as a non conference champ. Some combinations of Michigan, Clemson, and/or Notre Dame would need to lose to slide into the top 4.

ACC champ is a lock
SEC champ is a lock
B12 champ is a lock (Texas vs Oklahoma 2)

Notre Dame is a lock if they win out.
Michigan is a lock if they win out.

If those last two don’t happen, it’s possible. But I don’t see Notre Dame losing
