What aspect of Clemson’s football team worries you the most?

For me it’s their 6’4” wide receivers and #11 on defense. Everyone is worried about Etienne and Lawrence hurting us with the run but I think our corners are susceptible to losing some jump balls to those WRs. Also #11 on defense seems to be a beast!

Best coaching staff in the country. 2nd best QB in the country and probably the best RB in the country.

Simmons, but he’s only one man, and he can’t cover Chase, Marshall, Jefferson, Thad and Clyde by himself. Their db’s And linebackers are about to get exposed. If they can’t get pressure with 4 consistently, they’re dead in the water. We already know what Joe does against the blitz.

As a UM fan, I watch a lot of ACC games. So I’ve pretty much watched every game they’ve played this year. Nothing should scare you, if I’m being honest.

Lawrence is really good, and Venebles is a top-notch DC, but it’s nothing y’all can’t handle.

I’m sure they will come out fast in the first half because they think they’ve been disrespected and blah blah blah. But I expect LSU to run away with the game in the second half and win by at the very least 17 points.

Thanks! I feel better already.

Honestly, the intangibles. You can talk about players and metrics and X’s & O’s all day long, but the bottom line is that they seem to just find a way to win even when they shouldn’t. They’re focused, they don’t give up easily, and even a healthy lead never feels quite safe against them.

Our coaches will have a plan for the scheme and the players, and they’ll adjust when and if it’s called for. I just want LSU to come out fast and hard, put them away early, and never let their foot off the gas. If this team takes care of business, the game is theirs, no question. But allowing Clemson to stay in it, even if it’s by a thread, could easily get you the OSU treatment.

They're loaded at the skill positions and have a capable QB

I think we win but I don't expect a blow out like a lot of people are predicting

Them taking a cheap shot and getting one of our players out the game. Nothing I've seen about their team in terms of personnel scares me.

Their D timing their disguises to damn near perfection, messing up our rhythm.

Our D not timing our blitzes at the right moment, causing us to be out of rhythm.

Etienne and that’s about it. Without him OSU walks into NOLA.
