Clean the freezer out Day
Smoking red snapper in the AM for fish dip.
Then
Searing some deer tenderloins while the grill gets hot..(for appetizers/lunch)
Smoked ribs and backstrap cream cheese japeno bomb
And a 25 hr sous vid deer neck roast

And what ever the lady’s cook for sides

family voted for shrimp and andouille jambalaya, so that's what I'm making.

ETA: in-laws are bringing over jalapeno cornbread to eat with it

Duck n Grits:
Smoke a dozen duck breast and sear medallions to finish them. Then put em on top of Smoked Guoda grits with bacon bits in them. Then top it off with a blackberry sauce cooked on the stove. Serve em with biscuits.
