Just ask yourself: if Wade was the coach at Alabama, Florida, UK, etc, what would this board’s reaction be?

The difference is that those schools have better leadership in place, and they don't care what the twitter mob, the media and the pearl clutching, self-righteous, morality police SAY about circumstantial evidence (while the tapes are pretty damning they're still not direct evidence of pay-to-play)!!!

It's all about playing the game how it MUST be played in this current climate of college basketball, and until the blue bloods start getting penalized, it will not change! If the up-and-coming coaches and programs are the only ones penalized it will not change and only be reinforced. LSU should stand their ground and aim to win at all costs like Pearl and Auburn are doing despite the circumstances that were/are surrounding their program. The "new-money" taking over is the only thing that will rattle the system.

You think if Saban or Callipari were implicated in circumstantial situations, Bama football and Kentucky basketball wouldn't stand their ground despite the social media/media pressure? WAKE UP!!!

These attacking articles from the media are likely attempts by blue blood programs to cut off the up-and-comers. It's like politics... don't challenge their gravy train or you'll pay the price. The only way to beat them is to force them to follow through on their outrage and expose the whole system.

It’s funny. Saying a recording doesn’t constitute a cold hard fact.
Cold hart fact huh? What’s the cold hard facts about that recording?

Who got paid?

How much was it?

When did they get paid?

Was a dollar amount ever discussed?

Have you heard the tape or are you only going based off the snippet provided by yahoo?

You see, you don’t have shite. No run along before I undress you again.

You're so mad because all of your BS is unraveling.

According to Wade, Smart.

None of this matters. An offer is a violation.

Usually the NCAA only needs OTHER people to say there was an offer. Our head coach provided them with their proof.

This one's hilarious. So they just made up everything on the tape and Wade didn't sue them?

Unfortunately a lot of upvotes doesn't mean you're right. You've been wrong every step of the way. Gonna keep doubling down?

Pearl isn’t the subject of any investigation of any kind. His assistant was and that assistant had been fired and plead guilty to conspiracy to commit bribery.
. This all may very well be true but there is no way he wasn’t operating without the sly wink or nod from Pearl.

It’s clear you don’t even know what went on. Read up on it

Lol you say this all the time but you don’t seem to ever want to talk about what actually went on and why that may be a problem for a coach. Or at least something he should address with his boss when asked.

He had an assistant taking bribes to steer players to agents and financial advisors

No need to talk to your bosses about that

Smart being cleared goes a long way to plausible deniability any reasonable person would surmise.

A few people on the Rant predicted this exact thing would happen as soon as we were eliminated from the tourney.

Would be interesting if not for the fact the article was published before we played Mich State.

ok, how?

I feel like we are getting somewhere Sammy. This is a good exercise for you to where maybe you wont predetermine your opinion before actually gathering facts.

Zero fricks are given about Nancy Armour's opinion.

Lsu should tell those NCAA boys to go frick themselves as well, they are chickenshit. They don't really want anything coming out anyway. The tourney is their golden goose.

So I’d your opinion that Pearl doesn’t even have to y’all to his bosses about his assistant COMMITING FEDERAL CRIMES INVOLVING HIS PLAYERS?

That’s your opinion?

You smug schmuck
