Dude I never said that, never. I simply disagreed with people saying Florida is better. Lsu physically dominated that game, whether you admit it or not. Obviously to many f ups.now the bama game, bama was better. Those two games were the same in the record books, but they certainly weren't played the same way.

No you didn't, you said the Florida game should count as a W for O when we were discussing the Mcneese game being assumed a W for Miles. But, I do agree LSU dominated the game. I saw it with my own eyes...

I didn't realize Grier was the next Peyton Manning. You realize LSU shut down the Heisman winning quarterback right? Do you really think Grier would have made that much of a difference?
that dude was USELESS by the end of the year. Hell UH beat their asses. They had no defense worth a shite by the end of the season.
Grier was lighting people up.
Take off your purple glasses.

Lsu was very sloppy that whole game. We beat ourselves on offense and defense. Florida won but we dominated most of that game. Hell you take away the florida bomb where jackson fricked up and we dominant the stats. This post was edited on 7/27 at 2:41 am
UF had ZERO QB like LSU. Let's get real UF was the 30th ish rush defense but 6th scoring. That means you can run against them but not score. Interior line play and a shortened field equaled their rating. WTF people?

Agreed, the botched chip shot field goal, guice fumble, and guice running the wrong way was the result of that 6th ranked defense.

Lmao...no one handed us our arse. Good god you are one negative mf. Lsu completely dominated Florida from a physical standpoint. Troll on

before Grier was busted we all saw what he could do and knew that game was going to be difficult especially with their scoring defense. We knew.
Believe whatever you want. Here is what I know from days of Les, you may have a great defense, but they will eventually break down without any offense. Why do you think UF wanted to cancel that Hurricane game so bad? It was right after the bust and they were not prepared as LSU was their first real big game.
This board was LITTERED with that shite about Grier and why UF was so good offensively and thei defense was very good (6th in scoring). Etc. grow up. This wasn't a troll just my opinion from watching LSU and college football for 50+ years and know when a team is hot at home ina day game what we have done before.

Grier wasn't any good. Lsu was very balanced that game with over 200 passing and rushing yards. Critical mistakes turned what would have been a double digit win into a loss. End of discussion.

So bama, nor anyone else, could hand us our arse, but Florida could. Ok got it. It is ashame Lsu didn't play anyone else with a good mobile qb...wait

WTF? He was at 1200+ yards with a 146 passer rating. 200+ yards passing/game!
Stupid. Was on every freaking sports show about how good he was.

Auburn and Florida both beat LSU last year and both of their teams got better. LSU is worse on paper. It's not a crazy take.

How in the hell is Florida better?

I don't need purple glasses to know that Grier wouldn't have done shite against the LSU defense.... No quarterback had loads of a success against them. Why are you such a Grier nut hugger btw? You really seem to have a hard on for this guy.

This line made me laugh. You just answered why they think we're irrelevant. CEO has more to prove than anyone.

Auburn will be good but it's a home game and we are going to teach FL a good lesson. Florida is in for a rude awakening. We gonna drain the swamp!

Part of me wishes Alleva waited until after the Florida game to fire Les. Les would have won that game by two touchdowns.

Average to slightly above-average does not = good.

I would fricking love to see Flippy Franks start this one. I wouldn't wish serious injury on any player except Dillon Day, but if Zaire had a minor setback that causes him to miss this and only this game I would be pleased.

start with coaching. I'm sure yeller teeth is just going to pummel people with a real QB like he was doing with Grier before the bust. Franks might be the next Winston or Cam or even if he is Dak, they will be hard to beat. Their secondary isn't as good, but that won't impact a win over a running team or a team with a lot of motion but still running the ball. Playing gap assignment defense is all it takes. If you still know that team is only going to throw it down the field 20% of the time, you play the LOs. Pretty simple. Swing passes are running plays. Small fast LBs win those match-ups just like Chavis did to TAMU, Oregon, WVU, etc.

The schedule and the improvement in QB play for all the other teams, will make this LSU team no better than 8-4.

Why are you talking about Grier? Like 2 people said earlier he was not on the team last year. He has not played since mid 2015 season.

Franks won't even start this year and lol at him being Cam, Winston, or Dak. Florida lost 4 games last year and their recruiting has been sub par since Muschamp left. The only reason they have made the SEC champ the last 2 years is because the east is garbage.
