There has been this thread nearly every single week. How many double headers have we played all season?
A&M has played doubleheaders two out of the seven series so far.

The home team is hoping it'll be raining men.

Hopefully the game starts late. The less bubble blowing weirdos…the better. Plus we’ve faired quite well in late games.

A late game looks to be off the table. Either will be moved up or played on Saturday

Looks like Friday is very high rain chances.

The storm hit Dallas today, Houston/College Station is dry this morning and early afternoon.

Not for long, it will start raining shortly in College Station, it's clouding up Montgomery county as we speak.

TexAgs board hearing either late tonight or more likely double header tomorrow.

Also game won’t be moved up today due to umpire arrival schedule

When have they ever announced a next day double header for game 1 without even trying to play on Friday night. Sounds made up.

They’re going to at least see what the weather does before moving a game to the next day. And also if it rains all night there’s nothing Jay can do anyways and they’ll move it to Saturday.

Wrong. Jay gets to decide all game starting times and how to handle weather situations. Didn’t you know that? Neither the other coach nor the league office have any say on these matters.

In postseason , you can add the NCAA to the list of those without input.

It’s all up to Jay.

do you know how to read a radar.. all of that green, yellow ,orange ,and red stuff hitting cs today and tonight means it's going to rain and storm.

That storm is moving southwest and another storm is moving into CS from the south.

ETA There’s actually an enhanced weather risk in CS today so storms may be bad.

I thought the head coach of the home team makes the call on whether to start a game pending weather. A&M will probably want the game to start.
