Lightening and heavy rain in the Feliciana parishes north of BTR. It's within 10 miles, and moving south. Doubt the game has any rain. The lightening is another matter.

But after watching the 23 regionals and Supers and how Jay was so timid about every cloud that popped up makes it hard to think he doesn’t have a say.
