Guy on CFB live just said this at the end of the show about the upcoming year's NC.
Maybe he forgot that we were No. 1 at the time? and we were the one that deserve it at the time?

He was referring to a "dark horse" possibility from OkSt for this year, and since he referred to OkSt I can only assume he was talking about last years NC since they were in the talk so much.

If the BCS rules would have TRULY been followed - Okie State's SOS was WAYYYY better than Bama's.
Okie State won their conference title by DESTROYING former #1 Oklahoma, and worst of all....WORST OF ALL............ a small faction of BCS Human Poll Voters and Coaches voted Oklahoma State FIFTH OR SIXTH!!
If just that small group had voted Okie State 2nd or 3rd, Alabama would NOT have been in the Dome on Jan. 9.

either then mean Bama-OK State after the bowls in a true +1, which would not have happened because if there was a +1, LSU would not have played Bama in a Bowl.
Or they mean seeing Bama play Ok State for the right to play LSU in the NCG.

This is the problem. People look at it like it was about who gets to play LSU. It was about who gets to play for a BCS Title. Roy Kramer, inventor of the BCS, himself said it was about the best teams playing.
Bama/LSU were the best teams.

Their meaning is...Bama shoulda won the first game really and then it would have been the matchup they wanted
