The whole tone of the press conference was extremely light if you watch the whole thing without bias and not influenced by ESPN’s and this board’s misrepresentation of the certainly annoyed but sort of tongue in cheek response to Cauble’s try hard first question.
Kelly can’t decide if he wants to be Saban or Miles and his delivery isn’t close to as natural as either of them but it really wasn’t that serious in that room last night after a big win for his team

Y’all act like Kelly doesn’t know this.. He’s not going to throw his guys under the bus in a presser. It would literally accomplish zero. He knows the unit is grinding and trying to figure it out.

That's completely fine. I said he knows this. But no reason to act like an a-hole and say the reporter asked a dumb question. All the reporter asked was what do you see from your offense and then Kelly immediately cut him off. He should answer it like a professional who is getting paid 10 million per year to field every type of question after games.
He could have highlighted the nice run at the end and said what positives he sees while talking about what he'd like to see from here on out. Not very hard to do.

What are you talking about. He said that at the beginning during his unhinged rant at Cauble and the room was silent. The room started laughing after he went into his question grading bit.

How many times have we lined up with Pyburn at fullback this season? That dude might start on the dline, but he sure as hell took care of business there.
