Never said the team lacked in game coaching . I’m one of Coach Mulkey’s biggest fan - we are fortunate to have her ! However , Just watch how many passes are made once all ten players are across mid court. That works ok for most of the game when you shoot and crash the boards, but just occasionally at the end of a close game you need some motion offense to get a good high percentage shot.

Don't think it was in game coaching as much as a lack of bench. The starters just wore out at SC and again at Texas. If KM does not trust the bench players she will always be subject to have the starters simply wear out. Look at SC and Texas.

Yeah….i don’t know if it is a defense thing or whatever but Gilbert can score in spurts if she gets some minutes…..it’s crazy she goes from scoring 20+ against Tenn to 3 against Texas. Her season average is 10 per game…if she hits that we beat SC and Texas.
