This might be the most embarrassing weekend in lsu sports history. 6th seeded men lose to 11-seeded team. Women host a 14 seed at home as a 3-seed and lose. Baseball loses to unranked A&M at home. Recruits bailing on the men’s side.

Then Newby, Morris, Cherry, Afuwa, all seniors/5th year players. Hell even Payne is a senior. This is about to be history if they don’t defend every single possession the entire possession.

This team overachieved as much as a team possibly could this year and Mulkey coached the hell out of them. This isn’t a talented group of women. That’s the reality even if they come back to win. Be excited for when Mulkey starts getting real talent.
