Mulkey is a great coach but I don't get that one or if you want her ball handling why you don't inbound to Mikayla who is a 90% FT shooter?

I'll never understand the overrated stuff.Nobody thinks of LSU as a top 3 team, but they are clearly a top 12 type of team.

Too many people are quick to say things like overrated without considering the rest of the entire league.

Well folks, I’m not going to fib and say I knew all along we were coming back. I didn’t. I thought we were going to go on and get our asses kicked.

But I never doubted Mulkey. These jack legs with “she’s coaching like a corpse …needs to call timeout,” etc. Kim Mulkey is NEVER lost or flustered on the sideline. She’s seen it all. Whatever her mood or response is to the game on the court, it’s the right one.

They are clearly one of the top 8 teams in the country. We have flaws but they have earned their ranking. 6-2 vs quad one now which is better than anyone outside the top 5

There is no true dominant team this season. Several teams have a chance to win it

Exactly. We can play with anyone neutral court. Every team has flaws. Should be exciting post-season.

Absolutely agree, but coach definitely looked like something bad has happened in her life or one of her players, and the hug and long whispers to Flau’jae when the game ended may hint to something, but I hope I’m wrong.

There's no coach I expect to forgo the timeout so she can let them get embarrassed then rip them for getting embarrassed in the locker room more than Mulkey.

These are the game stats for those who care. LSU was better on every single stat line except for turnovers and blocks. They were even in turnovers, the number of shots, and 3-point shots taken though they were better in FG% and 3PT%.

LSU - 24-66(36.4%) in FG, 3-9(33.3%) in 3PT, 14-20(70%) in FT, 16 OREB, 31 DREB, 47 Total REB, 12 AST, 8 STL, 4 BLK, 14 TO, 18 PF

Kentucky - 22-67(32.8%) in FG, 6-36(16.7%) in 3PT, 8-12(66.7%) in FT, 14 OREB, 25 DREB, 39 Total REB, 9 AST, 7 STL, 6 BLK, 14 TO, 19 PF

Agree, they should change location of SECt every couple years so it's not advantageous to one team (the Cocks) every year.

Read that Kim wasn't feeling well during KY game. Hope she is feeling better for Bama game. They are very good ranked team. Playing against her good, close friend Coach Curry. They have long history, coached together at La Tech, then both coached in the Big 12. Their kids grew up together.
