Way Too Early....BUT HEY!

There is so much to be excited about but....With a massive undertaking on the offensive side of the ball, people need to take a 'wait and see' approach. Kiffin is one of the best offensive minds in the business but, he is not a magician. I know I know the portal is the difference maker in this new era of college sports. Still.....

He will ned from the portal 4 OL, 2RB, 2WRs 1QB, 2LBs 1S, 1CB and I'm not talking bench warmers. I think most of these guys can come from OM, ARK UF, AUB

I think your list is excessive.
He’ll definitely need a handful of OL and a QB. WR, depending on Nic Anderson’s status, he may not need any.
As for the defensive side, I really don’t think it’s as dire as you make it out to be. Depending on how some of the younger guys develop. I think you only chase after portal guys on the defensive side if there are true studs that enter the portal. Like MD4 level players. If those guys aren’t there, you can pass and leverage your NIL money more heavily on the offensive side of the ball.

2-3 OL, 1-2 RB, 1-2QB, 0 LB, 1S, 1CB only need 1-2 starters on the OL but I think the guys we have can play on OL they were just not Coached worth a shite..

Well, part of the flaw in your argument is that you act like there is no talent on the offense. All year long everyone criticized the coaching on that side of the ball - especially OC and O-line coaching and playcalling. Let's see what happens to the current roster with a coach that can bring out the best in them and will put them in a position to succeed.

I think Chester did much better at center than he did at tackle. Our
OL may only need a couple of transfers. Lane and co will figure it out.
