shite MK, I was out earlier today and it's probably the first game in a very long time that I haven't watched.

I want to say this the best I can...

The apathy, posters that excuse everything - are winning.

It fricking sucks.

It sucks to my core.

Well I think we’ve known for a long time he wasn’t going to win so I don’t go into games looking for that. I enjoyed watching Cam play today. I hate that he’s stuck with McMahon because he’s a really good player and I’m kinda watching the players and how they’re progressing etc. That’s the only way I can get through it though.

I don’t blame you, I think I do it because growing up we weren’t on TV a lot and I listened on the radio a lot so I’m just so used to it being a big deal when we’re on TV I always watch.

I do it for me because I'm a fan.

Do you know a post I made a few months ago about Digger Phelps and ND, 11am games, etc? Watching Hi-C in 80-81.

I'm older than you, but IMO our fandom is real. It's real.

Don't you ever have fond memories?
Being an LSU Fan is depressing without the memories.

I have a TON of fond memories - especially of some of Dale’s, Brady’s and Wade’s trams.
WW’s teams played hard and he coached well.

He also completely fricked us over - fact. And all LSU MBB fans are still paying for it.

I’m just waiting for the “we’ve taken our due punishment” to end before moving on to something better - which I do think will happen in the next 1-2 years.

Same posters here that would question anything and everything just excuse and accept this nonsense.

What’s the record again?

Yea I remember and you do have some years on me. The first team where I was old enough to know basketball was Redden, Big John, Vargas, Nikita and that group but I fell hard. Started getting Tiger Rag and The Sporting news to keep up with the team and national recruits and wouldn’t miss a game after that. Radio, going to the PMAC, TV, it didn’t matter.

I can't say it right for tRant, but this is ^^ truth.

How terrible am I that I didn't watch the game?

When you lose me --- losing one of the longtime LSU Stans.

I didn't even watch the 13th SEC loss today.

Going to be tough watching him in burnt orange next year. Much like Bertman with Saban, this will be one that got away twice for a Woody. One when he fired him and a second time when he decided to stick with McMahon and let someone else go get him.

There seems to be some smoke on the Texas side about Terry being out and Wade being the favorite. With Texas now on the outside of the bubble looking in, it seems more and more likely.

I might kms if Wade is back in the SEC and not wearing purple and gold

I would truly believe we’re cursed as a fanbase with the “one that got away” mantra

Get ready for it. LSU made its own bed. He would have been back in Baton Rouge had we been willing. Instead we’re sticking with MM.

Woody’s arrogance will have completely destroyed the men’s basketball program. And he really doesn’t seem to give a shite about it.

Ok, tired of reading it. Wade is the one that messed up. Better than what we have, yes, but he never won anything of significance. I absolutely do not understand the infatuation with him

Yeah winning the league and making the sweet 16 for the first time 13 years. Nothing significant about that.

Do people like you really even believe this BS or is this some kind of coping mechanism. LSU should have stuck with him, period. If you’re still in denial about that, you’re an idiot.

LSU basketball has never really won anything of significance. but he won the SEC and was in the tournament every season. It's crazy how people act like that just is no big deal and wonder why people liked him so much
