Why, he did it last year against Green? And Petrino was the OC. They only scored 10 pts while allowing Green to pass all he wanted, while containing his runs
I’m more concerned with LSU’s aability to score.

If Pigs can figure out how to stop about 3 different plays, then I can't see how LSU can outscore Pigs. Very sad but very true.. We were all hoping for some different wrinkles after two weeks, and all we got was more of the same nonsense that we have tried all year . I really believe an good HS coach in LA could do better with one week of coaching these same players. Honestly, could they do any worse?
LSU scored 0 touchdowns with this leadership. ZERO. how can anyone defend any part of this offense

Because Arkansas is better this year. Last year Tennessee gave up 19 points to Arkansas, this year they gave up 31. Last year Texas A&M gave up 17 points to Arkansas, this year they gave up 42. Last year, Green ran for 3.9 yards per carry. This year he's running for 6.1 yards per carry.

Yeah. I see what you’re saying. I just don’t think that every dual threat running back is the same.
LSU seems to have more trouble with smaller, shiftier QB’s, whereas larger ones have more difficulty against Baker’s defenses, with the exception of Milroe last year. Sellers and Green - not so much.
BTW: even though Green averaged 3.9 ypc last year, he was held to -10 rushing yards against LSU. If LSU can stay disciplined like last year and not allow explosive plays, the defense will be fine IMO

Third time is a charm

LSU offense would need to score in the 20s to win. They are not capable. Let’s hope this team can finish .500

Do you think Baker is worried about being able to stop Arky?

I'd feel much more confident with a healthy Whit Weeks. Keys and West Weeks are doing their best out there, but neither have the speed or quickness to make plays away from the LOS.
Also need Whit out there to free up Perkins.

Perkins being allowed to freelance would make the defense and him look a lot better. Instead, without Whit, he's had a lot more responsibilities as an every down player.

You’re not entirely wrong but Blake has had significant issues with it as well going back to his days at Mizzou

Bobby wasn't very happy the last time he was a HC in Tiger Stadium.

If the QB can run Baker is lost.
