Sure looked like it. I’m not even sure Alabama brings that many. Made it even sweeter to send that many back home with a loss.

Has to be. But no way it was 50-50 like some people have told me. I refuse to believe that.

Yes if you only saw the crowd on tv. If you were at the game then probably not

They had alot of support, but that bright red really stands out too. How many UGA fans did you notice wearing black?

They probably had 20% of the crowd.

There was only approx 15000 - 20000 GA fans IMO. If you were not at the game, you cannot make an educated guess. There was a lot of purple mixed in with the Red. It blended for the TV, at the game not so much. Upper east side was maybe 50/50 or 60/40 LSU. GA brought a lot of fans, but it wasn't even close to 50%..... IMO 20% max

What they showed on TV was a little misleading. I re-wound and watched twice and then realized they were showing the stands from the UGA vs Notre Dame game and not the LSU game.

I expect a team like Georgia to bring a larger than normal crowd for a big matchup like this and having not played in Tiger Stadium since ‘03.

Upper east side was about 80-85% Georgia.

Upper west side was about 50/50, as you said.

The top of the south expansion was 70-80% Georgia fans, too.

Closer to 80/20. People don't realize the west and east upper decks only hold like 11,000 fans a piece. So even though the east upper deck was all Georgia fans, that still doesn't account for that much in the grand scheme.

LSU used to give the entire SE end zone lowers to sec visitors. I remember games when LSU couldn’t hear signals headed into the SEZ.
