Unless the NCAA investigates and finds violations, there’s nothing to explain. No one has heard “the tapes”. As far as we know, they don’t even exist. If anything, Wade is owed an apology for being defamed without solid evidence.

Dude he cheated and he may or may not get away with it. Vast majority of us hope he gets away with it. That being the case, the less he talks the better chance he has of remaining LSU's basketball coach. In conclusion, hopefully we don't ever hear about it again. Unless you aren't an LSU fan, then that's what you would hope too. Will Wade is a damn good basketball coach.

I mean you can be naive and choose to believe he didn't cheat if you wish. Right now there is no hard evidence to prove it either way. My opinion is that he did. I don't care, I want him to remain the coach. I just want him to get better at cheating so we can continue to build the basketball program and not have to worry about getting caught. I'm also not naive enough to believe that LSU can build a solid basketball program without cheating, the same way Duke/UK/Kansas/UNC do.

All of this plus if we're gonna talk about cheating in basketball, then that opens a whole new conversation about football. Does anyone really believe that LSU hasn't been cheating in football the last 20 years?
