Wade is a mini Calipari. He’s great at everything aside the X’s & O’s part of the game. He leaves a little to be desired there.

That’s why he needs help. You need someone like Heiar to be the dickhead in practice and to be the voice for the dirty work (granted our defense sucked with Heiar too but I mean someone in that mold)

Him not playing basketball hurts because there are a lot of intricacies of the game you can pass on to your players that allow them to gain an edge over your opponent. X’s and O’s wise, he lacks, especially in the defensive category. Offensively, people give him a pass because they score well and have good offensive efficiency numbers but against athletic, defensively minded teams, they struggle with a one on one approach on offense. This will also limit their ability to win national championships ( especially in March madness, tournament structure). That being said, the guy is definitely better than JJ and TJ, who sucked at coaching and recruiting.
