Look beyond the obvious fellas. As others have pointed out on the board, depth (and last year’s PR/recruiting crisis) are a big part of this.
Everyone was so quick to defend football’s defensive collapse against A&M in ‘18, but y’all think basketball players don’t get exhausted?
WAY to soon to be going after a coach who just won an SEC basketball championship almost immediately after Johnny freaking Jones who couldn’t break 20 wins with Ben Simmons lmao... I was ready to pronounce LSU basketball dead.
Give the man the opportunity to get his roster right. I understand you guys get invested and wanna react in the moment, but this is bad man.

If this is what you think, then I encourage you to pay attention to every game and to also look at the other team’s bench as well.
All college coaches do this you dumbass. Generally the asst. coach that has the scout for the game goes into the huddle first to talk while the head coach huddles with his other coaches to discuss what they are seeing from their team and the other team. Then the HC steps in at the end and begins telling the team what they need to. There are also times, depending on the situation or type of timeout taken where Wade (and other HC’s) steps straight into the huddle to address the team.
But it is not uncommon to have an assistant that is great with X’s and O’s and to allow them to do a good portion of that phase of the job. And Heiar is definitely one of those coaches. Hell, I’m pretty sure O just won a damn natty by doing the same damn thing of hiring good assistants and letting them do their job. Sheesh.

Defend the screen better: have the screener defender step out fully to stop the ball, and have the ball defender go OVER the screen, not under.
Every middle school basketball player knows how to do this.

Pretty sure he rebuilt a shitty team and they made it to the sweet 16 in his 3rd season. Best coach on the staff at LSU. Hands down.
None of the others had to rebuild from a 3 or 4 and whatever season where the worse coach in LSU history sat before him.

It took getting 3/4 of the way through SEC play last year to stop getting announcers making cracks once a game about the Ben Simmons season.

Last time I looked Les Miles won a championship with Nick Saban's players !!! So why bring this assclown in this equation and he won a championship with a 2 lose team with the best NFL talent in college football !!!
